Doctor, a question, but first, I’m glad I ran into your video. I was looking for Pros and Cons of Fentanyl Patch for my dog because his laser technician thinks it might help him with his pain. My dog is a Rottweiler Pitbull mix, 85 pounds and 16.5 years old with Arthritis. In the past 4-5 days he can’t get up by himself, I have to pick him up with the harness. He walks really bad for the few minutes but then he’s getting better (better for his age and 5 years of arthritis). Do you think Tumeric will help him? I’m taking him tomorrow for his laser treatment, but he will see his doctor as well. Do you think it might be too late for the tumeric?
So my 105 lb Dobie mix decided to injure his paw prior to our hiking but felt well enough to hike – until we were trying to get off the trail and it was obvious he was in pain as he would sit and not move for 15 minutes at a time. Fortunately I had Rhus Tox with me and it made a significant difference in is pain relief – only thing is is he wasn’t keen on the SL way to administer it lol!
