Kelley Bollen, MS, CABC and Behavioral Consultant for the Maddie’s Shelter Medicine Program at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine gives an excellent presentation at the 2012 ASPCA/Maddie’s Shelter Medicine Conference on “Enrichment and Training for Dogs and Cats.” In this talk she talks about the benefits of enrichment and training for both dogs and cats as well as the value of these programs in enhancing opportunities for adoption.
